Thanksgiving Pie Drop Off

Thanksgiving is around the corner and we are once again seeking folks to join us for our Thanksgiving 2024 pie drop off event. Unfortunately this year we will not be getting our usual 40 pie donation from Uhuru bakery that we have been getting for the last several years, so we need the martins community more than ever this year. We are looking for folks to bake 1-4 homemade pies (or as many as you would like) of your choosing (Pumpkin, Pecan, Apple, Berry, or your families favorite Fall pie) Drop off will be Tuesday November 26th from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. If you’re interested in participating please RSVP martinsdropoff@gmail.com and let us know how many pies you will be making. Remember fresh, homemade pies are the goal. If baking is not your thing, we are seeking donations of books for our Little Library that we have for our guests. Our guests enjoy things like novels, mysteries, and science fiction. They also enjoy puzzle books like crosswords and Sudoku. We have more than enough religious and political books, if you can refrain from donating these kinds of items. If you can not make it to the Drop off event on Tuesday the 26th and would like to arrange a drop off time the following morning, please let us know. Thanks in advance for your support.
